The Kentucky Financial Services Code was created in 2006 after 11 different chapters of the Kentucky Revised Statutes were combined into a single chapter, KRS Chapter 286. KRS 286.8 Mortgage Loan Companies and Brokers
PLEASE NOTE: House Bill 552 was signed into law April 24 and updates many portions of KRS 286.8. Because it passed the 2008 General Assembly with an emergency clause, most of it takes effect immediately. Please review the bill as well as the statute until the law is updated accordingly.
